Personal:
Graduated from Alicante University in 2000 with a Law Degree and then she joined Zivko Mijatovic & Partners. She was admitted to the Bar in Alicante in 2001. At Zivko Mijatovic & Partners, she has been highly involved in Trademark clearance searches, management projects for Eastern European countries and Spain and assumed overall responsibilities for EUTM renewals, recordals and transactions. She is also responsible for Design practice. She temporarily interrupted her practice for six months traineeship at EUIPO where she worked on an opposition project in 2005. In 2008 she qualified as both Spanish Trademark and Patent Attorney and European Trademark and Design Attorney and since then she has gained experience in enforcement, litigation and prosecution in Spain as well as in the EU.
