Ognjen possesses more than 12 years of professional experience in the law industry, as well as in the commercial and public sectors.
His focus is on the issues of trademarks and industrial designs legal protection, domain names dispute resolution, IP rights law enforcement and copyright agreements and protection. He is highly specialized in trademark and industrial design infringement litigations.
Further, Ognjen has over 10 years of experience in anti-counterfeiting matters.
He is a certificated instructor for Serbian Law on Inspection Control and was the Republic of Serbia’s official representative in the Southeast European Law Enforcement Center (SELEC).
