Effective July 1, 2025, new administrative fees have entered into force in Serbia, as published in the Official Gazette No. 55/25. The updated fees apply to a wide range of actions and proceedings before the Intellectual Property Office (IPO), covering tariff codes 107–134, which include procedures related to patents, trademarks, designs, and other IP rights.

The Slovak Industrial Property Office has introduced updated administrative fees for various categories of intellectual property rights, effective July 1, 2025. These changes apply to procedures concerning patents, supplementary protection certificates, utility models, trademarks, and industrial designs.
The revised fee schedules have been published on the Office’s official website:
- Patents: Patent Fees
- Supplementary Protection Certificates: SPC Fees
- Utility Models: Utility Model Fees
- Trademarks: Trademark Fees
- Designs: Design Fees
