• Živko Mijatovic & Partners d.o.o. in the Republic of North Macedonia;
• Živko Mijatovic & Partners d.o.o. in Montenegro;
• ZMP Intellectual Property SRL in Romania;
• Zivko Mijatovic and Partners s.r.o. in Czech Republik;
• Zivko Mijatovic and Partners s.r.o. in Slovak Republik;
• ZMP IP Sp. z o.o. in Poland;
• ZMP Hungary KFT, Hungary.

(hereinafter individually referred to as: “Affiliate”, or collectively: “Affiliates”)

The term “ZMP” refers to one or more Affiliates. Each Affiliate has its legal practice. The client-Affiliate relationship is defined by an appropriate engagement letter or other agreement defining the provision of services.

Reference to “Head” of the department means a member, partner, or other person engaged within ZMP with an appropriate qualification in the subject jurisdiction. Reference to “Counsel”, “Senior Counsel” or other terms including “Attorney at Law” means independent attorney at law qualified in the respective jurisdiction in cooperation with one of the abovementioned Affiliates and does not imply employment relationship with ZMP.
