Suzana handles enforcement of trademarks, industrial design and copyright, as well as dispute resolution. She provides valuable legal advice in various IP matters and represents clients before Serbian courts and other state bodies.
Prior to joining ZMP, as an attorney at law, Suzana cooperated with one of the most prominent law firms in the Western Balkans, where she gained valuable experience in corporate/M&A, commercial and energy law, complex commercial litigations as well as competition and media law. In addition, Suzana advised and represented clients in various trademark and copyright issues. Suzana combines in-depth knowledge of commercial law and understanding of business landmark with knowledge of IP to provide extensive and efficient legal advice.
During her Bachelor’s studies, Suzana completed internship in a reputable Belgrade law firm, as well as National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED) and State Attorney’s Office of the Republic of Serbia and gained valuable skills and knowledge of dispute resolution, economic development and creation of public policies.
She is currently pursuing a LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property Law, with focus on patents, trademarks and indication of geographical origin.
Suzana participated in General Course on Intellectual Property organized by WIPO Academy. She is a member of Young ICCA, a leading arbitration knowledge network for young practitioners and students, functioning under the auspices of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration (ICCA).
