ZMP organized a specialized training for customs officials in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The event gathered representatives from the Regional Customs Offices of Banja Luka, Sarajevo, Tuzla, and Mostar.
The full-day workshop combined expert presentations with practical examples, helping participants strengthen their skills in detecting and combating counterfeit goods.
To support collaboration, the program ended with a networking lunch where officials exchanged experiences and discussed brand protection priorities.
Representing ZMP, Selma Custovic guided the session with clarity and expertise. She walked participants through key aspects of intellectual property protection and shared practical strategies for identifying and stopping counterfeit products.
