Job description:
- Protection, enforcement and litigation of all types of intellectual property
- Oppositions, cancellations, revocations, court proceedings in the field of IP
- Advising domestic and international clients in all matters related to intellectual property rights and unfair competition
- IP protection & enforcement strategies
- IP portfolio management
- Multi-territorial and multi-jurisdictional IP cases
Qualifications:
- Law degree and Bar Exam
- Previous experience in IP preferred
- Language skills: excellent spoken and written English (mandatory); knowledge of an additional foreign language (preferred)
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Flexibility, attention to details, exceptional precision in the execution of tasks, ability to multitask
